Most orders arrive within about 60–90 minutes after you place your order, depending on traffic and how busy we are.
Your order is on the way. Most deliveries arrive 60–90 minutes after ordering. If it’s been longer than that or you want a live update, give us a call and our team can check on your driver’s status.
We currently deliver to La Habra, La Puente, Anaheim, Whittier, Brea, Fullerton, and select nearby areas across Orange County, Los Angeles, the San Gabriel Valley, and parts of the Inland Empire. If the website says we don’t deliver to your address and you’re close to one of these cities, call us so we can see if we can make an exception or fix the delivery zone so you can order directly online.
Our standard delivery hours are 10 AM to 10 PM. Orders placed close to closing time are delivered as long as they’re confirmed before cut-off.
In most cases, the person who placed the order needs to be present with their valid ID when the driver arrives. If you need someone else to receive it, contact us before the driver is dispatched so we can see what’s possible.
First, refresh the page and double-check that your address is entered correctly and that you meet the minimum order amount. If it still isn’t working, call us and we can either help you troubleshoot or place the order for you over the phone.
If you need to change or cancel an order, call us right away with your order number. Once a driver is already on the road, changes or cancellations may be limited.
Yes, you can. Place your order and use the notes section at checkout to tell us your preferred delivery time window. We’ll do our best to hit that window, but exact times aren’t guaranteed. If you need something specific, call us before or right after you order so we can coordinate.

You’ll need a valid government-issued photo ID. In line with California law, orders are for adults 21+ or qualified medical patients 18+ with a valid doctor’s recommendation.
